We primarily offer truck delivery within the Seattle area. For other options, please contact us at email@example.com with the subject "Shipping Request".
When we have the items in our local warehouse, we will call you to schedule a date of delivery. On the day prior to delivery, we provide you with a 4 hour delivery window and then our delivery personnel will give you a 30 minute pre-call. You must be present to accept delivery, otherwise we will consider it as a missed delivery.
Note: It is the customer's responsbility to ensure the items fit through the entrances and doors of your residence. Costless Warehouse will not be held liable should your order not fit into your home or should damage occur due to improper measuring.
When we receive your order, we determine whether we have it in stock or need to ship it from the manufacturer. In the case we need to order it from the manufacturer, delivery of the item(s) to our local warehouse takes two weeks.
Once we have the item in our warehouse, our represantitive will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a delivery window.
We offer Room of Choice delivery with Open for Inspection. This means that when you meet our delivery personnel, tell them which room of the residence you would like them to bring your items to. Furthermore, when you inspect the delivery for damage, you have the option of opening the package with our delivery personnel present, prior to signing to accept delivery. In the case you find any damage, just write "Refuse Delivery" on the receipt you are handed, and we will replace the item for you.
If you missed your delivery appointment please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Missed Delivery Appointment" and provide us with your order number. The first time we will reschedule the delivery for free, the second time we will charge a $75 fee.
We offer free truck delivery on orders over $1000 within the Seattle area.
We offer free cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order. After that we will charge a 20% restocking fee, and in the case where the item goes out for delivery, we won't refund the delivery cost, if any.
Note: On a rare occasion, the manufacturer might discontinue the item; in that cast we will do our best to accomodate you or cancel the order and refund your payment.
Free Store Pickup:
We have three showroom stores around the Seattle area, and you may choose to schedule a pickup of your itemi for free from one of those locations. You will be able to inspect the item on location before signing for pickup. Please keep in mind, Costless Warehouse won't be liable for any damage that occurs after you sign for pickup and accept your items.

Items bought from Costless Warehouse that are found to be defective are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Each warranty request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
