The item(s) delivered was damaged, can I return it for a refund?

When we deliver the item(s) to your residence, we offer open box inspection. At this time, it is your responsibility to inspect the item for any damage; in the case it is damaged, please write "Refuse Delivery" on the delivery receipt you are given. After you sign to accept delivery, we won't accept damaged items unless it's covered by our warranty terms.
